My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please send a photo and a description of the damage within 24 hours to littlegleeshop@gmail.com or go to our Contact page. We do not cover orders that are delivered to PO Box. We will review the incident and determine if a refund is applicable.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Sometimes Saturday). More information on our Shipping Page.
My order looks a little different from the stock picture?
Items are machine made and hand finished. There may be some slight difference from the stock photo but all items are new.
How come I got a GIFT last time but not this time?
