Silver Earring Post is a good material to avoid infection and it is highly resistant to tarnish. Silver 925 is a soft metal that may bend during shipping or daily wear. It’s normal and very easy for you to form and bend it back to the original state.

S925 means 92.5% of silver used in making the earring post. The reason silver needs to be combined with other metals is that it is very difficult to make great designs with just 100% pure silver, which is very soft and malleable. A bit of hardness has to be introduced, by adding other metals such as copper. Silver is prone to get dark when exposed to oxygen but you can use a silver jewelry polishing cloth to gently remove tarnish and dirt.

- Avoid moisture and keep earrings dry for longer life

Earring’s is an item that will be in contact with your skin. We consider hygiene as the most important thing and will not allow returns or exchange unless it’s a quality issue.

For example, missing parts or products arrived damaged.

The situation below will not be considered as a quality issue.

“I don’t like it”,  “It does not match me”, “It is looks different on me” “It’s too big”,  “It’s too small”, “I only opened, I did not try it on”

Most earrings are both machine made and finished with hand designers. Some items will have natural imperfections with subtle variations. Items that fall in this category will not be included as a quality issue

If your order arrives damaged during regular delivery time instead of delay, please send a photo(s) and description of the damage within 24 hours to littlegleeshop@gmail.com or use the contact us page. We will review your request to see whether a refund is applicable. We are not responsible for the wrong address that is provided by the customer. 

 

------ Delay/Damage/Lost Packages —----

If your order shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, we will help our customer file a claim with the shipping vendor if requested.  Please keep all package(s) materials and damaged items for USPS to verify damage. It is also important to take pictures for proof of damaged items.
